My dealer also called me today. He said Ford is tired of releasing vehicles with QC issues so they are not releasing any trucks until every truck is good to go. He said end of March is when he expects them to ship. My production date was 1/22.

Ford chat today told me my "estimated delivery date was between Jan 28 - Feb 03"...so yeah I wouldn't put any faith in the delivery dates that Ford chat or your dealer are telling you.

If the tracker website isn't updating to 'built' and 'shipped', that estimated date means nothing.

My dealer did show me his Ford Direct interface
It states the vehicle is "in transit" and should be here March 04 - March 10.
Customer tracking tool still is showing "in production"

I don't know what to believe anymore
All I know for sure is Ford's communication is appalling.

It could be better. The QC hold (or whatever it is) wouldn't be as bad if they would just be transparent.

This^^^. If Ford were just transparent with what’s going on, there would be a fraction of the angst and a whole lot less speculation and rumors

I called Ford help line & was told my Lariat is built & the window sticker is printed.
They will email me a copy of the window sticker (will take two days to receive the sticker)
So, I guess this is good news. Any guess when the truck will be shipped??

For what it's worth... my dealer told me to expect my beginning of March build date to arrive at the dealer sometime in May. Due to quality control checks before shipping

I currently have a deposit down at a local dealer on a 2024 Ranger XLT, which they say is scheduled to arrive Feb 21-27. Is the dealer lying to me just to get a deposit or are they just misinformed? Or am i going to get the first 2024 ranger in the world

You won't be the first in the world because the rest of the world outside of the US has already started receiving them.
