A few of us are calling the Ford Marketing number at 1 (800) 334-4375. We tell the automated system that we want to check the order status of our Ranger. We then give the required info to the agent. We explain to them that we are not interested in getting the status, (since they just read the tracker), and just send us to the survey which we explain to them will be a 1-2-1-1, lowest marks. We do this for 3 reasons: clog up the phone bank, demoralize the agents, and make their survey data useless. As a result many of us have been contacted by Andy Cascade, head of Ranger for Ford. Reading between the lines, Rangers built before about 20FEB24 have bad ECM code that needs to be wiped, (about 2 hours per vehicle). Just an fyi. Any one that is trolling and would like to provide negative feedback, I’ll GLADLY provide my home address. Come get me!
