I have been searching around and was only able to find feedback from a couple people on the Timbrens. Looking to add them to my 25 FX4. Are they worth it? Does it really kill the ride quality? I have used them on full size trucks in the past and benefited without ride sacrifice. Thanks!

Following this, I've been thinking about them too

What would be nice is if they made some that were tool-less quick detach, especially for Raptors since the coil spring Fox 2.5's are set up for off-road performance, not stability with full payloads, hence it's 2k less tow capacity and nearly 400lbs less payload than XL, XLT, Lariats.

Seems like with no load, you wouldn't notice a ride difference unless you are do serious off roading.
But with a load, once they make contact with the springs/axle, it will affect travel of the suspension, which is their whole pupose.

I did air bags on my gladiator and it made a big difference when loaded. And I could take the air out unloaded. The airlift kit that goes inside the coil is super easy and works great

JUST installed the Timbren's like 15 minutes ago. Will be hauling our TT to Michigan this weekend. Will be about a 7 hour drive. Will update once I have some miles on them.

@SnyperX Excellent, definitely looking forward to hearing your feedback. I bought a set just recently, hoping to install them in the next week or so.

I'm waiting for another sale to buy an RAS kit (road active suspension). I'm assuming Labor Day (July 4th was $100 off).

I'll have a cap and occasionally tow a 3500 lb trailer. The RAS seems like a better option to me from reviews I've read. (I've done the coil helper air bags in many other vehicles w/o leafs and they work well for under a $100 and some cursing to install).

Umm...
Reviews on Timbren's site:

Harsh ride
No gap after installing on 2024 Ranger.

Incompatible
Not compatible with 2024 Ranger, do not buy if you have a 6th Generation truck

So did take the truck out for a quick ride UNLOADED and the ride is definitely more harsh. It's not like super awful, but it's not stock feeling with no trailer. So will see if I get used to it. As for when towing will know more Saturday when headed to MI.

Any updates yet? Looking at this system for a 19’ Airstream.

So towed my 3700lb TT from WI to MI or about 7 hours total driving. Timbren's really helped preventing the pogoing with stock bump stops. Truck felt massively more planted on the road when hitting bumps etc. Have also driven with the truck unloaded. Yes, when in really bumpy roads the ride is a bit harsher, but not enough for me to remove the Timbren's. I feel the benefits outweigh the negatives. YMMV.

That sounds just what I need. The RR pulls my trailer really well but I think these would help a ton on the squat. Just curious how was your gas Mileage? I got about 11-12mpg pulling at 70 roughly 230 miles. Not horrible. Thanks for the reply 👆

Similar mileage with my 2.3l, maybe slightly better.
