Hi, as far as I could find it does seem that all ford rangers are fitted with TPMS receivers, or some common equipment is shared between TPMS and other radios.
Yes, just followed the steps from above on activation via Forscan.
So I mounted tpms sensors today, still not recognized by the truck, I’ll keep you informed.

Sorry for not responding in a while.
Sensors fitted and activated. All is working in the Ranger as well as showing in the app.

I just want to thank you guys again for showing this is possible.
Can you please share how you activated it? I have enabled everything on the dash with Forscan that it shows the display, but I am not sure how to activate or train them or whatever is required?

Any update on this? I have tried to enable TPMS in IPC and BCM Modules but TMPS menu still wont show in instrument cluster. It is however, showing faults and tpms indicator lights in dashboard. I was able even able to train all 4 sensors. I also have tried the AS-BUILT method based on the spreasheet but still wont show in the cluster.

Please advise what else did i missed or if done something wrong.

Thank you!
Could you please share what you used to train them?

Hi @Tunisian @Bravofox

Once sensors are installed inside the tires. You must train them. You can follow the instruction from this video to enter training mode:

Once in training mode. Its either you use TPMS tool activator or let air out from the tire you are training until you hear a honk (havent tried air out method).

Thanks allot!
This procedure does indeed enter the learning mode. However, the letting air out method does not seem to work. Seems that I will net to get the TPMS activator tool...

mind sharing the part number of your sensors? I believe there are 2 frequencies, 315hz and 433hz. Our region supports 433hz. So I guess, its either you had the wrong frequency or wrong part number.

is 433hz confirmed working to other rangers in your region? US i think uses 315hz. So maybe try 315hz or from another seller of 433hz sensors. Ive seen sensors not being detected despite having the same working part number

But the car honks confirmed the recognition of the sensors, and the diag tool confirmed they are working…

I see. I think you may have to check IPC and BCM modules again and see if the changes you made were saved

Can you post a screenshot of how it's shown on Ford Pass app? Thanks.

Off topic, but it’s so cool to see all of you all over the world. I think I just found a way to get world peace, everyone need to by a Ranger! lol
Off topic as well, this post is the one that made me find this Forum. After I read your comment I knew I had to register to exchange information with you guys. Thanks!

You got me wondering how I could find this information out since apparently I'm the only member from South America.

Ok, I’ll keep you updated. Thanks for helping
Any updates on your case?

I have no way to find this information. But as far as I know US region uses 315hz if Im not mistaken. So I would assume Brazil uses the same. Im sure some folks would be able to confirm this. :)
