The front nonadjustable front headrests are at an odd angle and too far forward for my liking. In the winter I usually wear a felt hat with a full 2 1/2" brim which the headrest would knock off. I rotated the drivers headrest 180 degrees and problem solved.

Be careful, they are designed that way to keep you from getting whiplash in an accident.

I could be wrong, but I read somewhere that the Ford Maverick headrests are a direct fit for our rangers. And they're adjustable?
