I special ordered my 2025 Ranger FX4 Lariat with the new 2.3L engine, due to all of the stated upgrades. Plus it has a metal oil pan and no wet bet for the oil pump.

I got my 2024 XL for $38.5 grand MSRP
Did they go up 6 grand in one model year? I doubt that. I think he overpaid. If I was his Ford dealer I would have ripped him off too. He seems like a chump

To me the Maverick is not a long term vehicle. Give me a boxed frame any day.
I would say the 2.3L Engine block is different from the 2024. Different bore and stroke.
My only concern is the back seat is not 60/40 split and the more upright seat back and angled up seat base may not be the best for long distances for passengers. Ford has done a good job with that space, I would say best in class. If you want full back seat comfort you move up to full size.

Can someone tell me why the right hand rear seat is cocked off a bit over the left side.

Hmm, I wish i knew that about the Ford Mats. Sounds like they do not clip in place.
Still waiting for my Ranger order to go through. Not sure what is happening with the Wayne Plant.
Do they have too many Bronco's to build or the orders are filled for the 2025 Fall/Winter.

The carpet option gives you carpeted mats that clip into place. I think it was only $160 on the sticker? You can then buy the all weather mats and clip them in too.
Its just the XL vinyl flooring that does not have the clips.

I understand what I said could have been confusing. I said, "out the door was $44,500, but I got a good deal on it", I meant that MSRP $39000+ Dealer Prep, + freight/shipping, + Doc Fees, + tax, Title and license would have been $44,500. When I said, I got a good deal on it, I mean I paid SIGNIFICANTLY lower than that. As in I walked out the dealer paying a TOTAL significantly, less than what just MSRP would have been and that included all dealer fees and TTL. The reason got an an XL vs. an XLT with the same options would have added about $2200. I did not want to add the Co-pilot, nor the electronic shifter, so I did not feel the need to spring mat holder nubs, or visor mirror lights, etc. Cheers!

I wish I could have gotten that option. There were none at any of the dealers within a 75 mile radius that had the exact options I wanted. I didn't realize the nubs were not there until after I bought it.
