Has anyone install the 3rd camera under the chassis? I want to mount one pointing forward so I can see if rocks and such are going to clear.
If you have what's the mounting location and any issues with water crossings, mud and such?
Thanks.

Looking to bend up a bracket to mount it along side my gas tank Skidplate. Seems like it will be a decent shot

That looks like a very good placement for a good shot to see clearance up front!

Hey, I was wondering where you mounted your external camera's? Also, did you swap out the mirrors with their bracket or did you just use the rubber straps?
Also, where did you get your power source? I was thinking of using the dome lights just above the mirror or sliding rear window switch.
Appreciate any help. Thanks

I replaced the factory mirror completely, used a bracket from eBay and a metal plate from AliExpress as well as the Wolfbox hardwire kit. It's getting powered from a fuse block I have installed behind the rear seat however you can use a fuse tap on the interior fuse panel. I used the factory run/start wire that's left behind under the dash for the accessory trigger. Wiring for power and cameras runs across the headliner and down the A-Pillar. Power terminates near the fuse box, cameras continue along under the trim past the doors to the back seat. The rear camera goes back up the C-Pillar and across the headliner to the camera, the extra camera wiring goes out the factory grommet behind the rear seat and connects near the front of the gas tank.

Rear camera is mounted inside using a bracket from TheDashcamStore.

The extra camera on a bracket I bent up and sandwiched between the Rival gas tank skid plate and it's mount.

Much appreciated! Nice work you've done there.

Great idea that you mount the bumper cam under your car. Can you please tell me why you choose that place?

Since the truck already has a front camera from the factory I figured adding the camera underneath would be more useful spotting rocks while off-roading. If you ever come out with a 4 camera option it would be cool to have both forward and rear facing views like the Colorado ZR2 can have from the factory

Which mount did you order for the rear camera? And how do you like the view from there?

This was the bracket I used. I did end up cutting it down a bit and modifying the bends a little.

Pardon the crude paint drawing, but the black is how the bracket it bent up. The hook at the top goes around the headliner for a little more mount safety. The red is double stick tape to keep everything from shifting but ultimately after some trial and error it was pretty solid without the tape.
