Two questions…. How easy is it to remove the panels if you wanted to use the whole bed and not block the rear window? Does it lock in place when 2 of the 3 panels are open? I’m looking for something that can be 50-80% open sometimes, but I don’t want to give up the bed space for a hard rolling shutter.

Super easy to remove, I can take out my Bakflip in two minutes all by myself. It's just a matter of loosening two knobs by hand. And yes, you can go with one, two or three panels open with total safety.

I am looking at the same one. Wife wants something that is secure, for road-trips. When this is latched and the tailgate is closed, are the individual segments locked in place, or could they be lifted / pryed open easily ?

Got a soft cover installed, which is fine by me, just easy to break in.
My wife's Ranger Raptor has a soft trifold as well. If that's what you mean by soft top? I have one on my F-150's and I like them. They do flap a little in the wind but thay work good, last a long time, and the snow slides off easy in Michigan.

Are you sure this is a Bakflip? Looks like an Undercover Flex to me. My Bakflip MX4 has plastic end caps on the seals in all four corners.

I have an aftermarket spray in bed liner. Where did you run the drain hoses with this bed cover? My Bakflip MX4 just arrived today. Thanks!

My spray in liner is from Ford. At the front of the bed(bottom left and right) you can remove the plugs(?) and replace them with the ones that come with the liner(I got mine from Ford but I think yours is just about the same). Then run the hose out through them.

was there any issues when you removed the plugs? my bed is also sprayed on from the factory but i'm worried if try to take off the plugs it will mess up the surrounding bed spray.

Not if you are careful. The plugs are sprayed like the rest of the bed so I used a sharp knife to cut around the edge before I removed them. It didn't seem to harm the sprayed on bed liner. The spray on the plastic plug did come off easily So I took the edge part(see photo) and glued it to the new plugs that came with cover. The cut out to run the tube through was a bit big so I used a rubber grommet to give it a tight fit. I hope I explain that ok?

Where did you order from? Yours looks perfect. How did you get it without Bakflip branding on it too?
