Steering Wheel Heat Power?

It has started being cooler in the morning and my truck has begun turning my steering wheel heat on with my seat heater. However, my steering wheel barely gets warm at all. My wife's edge gets ripping hot, feels really nice, but my raptor I can barely feel. Is this normal?

It's in the easy mode with drop down menues, been a minute since I looked, but I think in the BCM.

would be interested where this is in Forscan if you or anyone can find it. I have screen grabs for every option on my Lariat and nowhere do I see the temperature setting for the wheel, just an IPC and APIM for "enabled"

Mine was enabled, but heated seats weren't which is funny because they work fine.

Furthermore, is there an ambient temp value that can be changed before things start heating? I feel 60° is still too warm to turn on the heaters for the seats and wheel.

I haven't seen one yet, but sure hope there is some setting for this. The only time I've been in that cool of weather yet, I auto started my truck and had no idea that turned on the steering heat, so was surprised, and man, it was way too hot. I think that day in New Mexico it was 55 degrees. I wouldn't want/need that feature until -maybe- 40 degrees. Definitely not 60.

I found temp settings for heated seats, but the only thing I found for the steering wheel is below. Maybe there is a "hidden" asbuilt setting, but I could not find one in the drop down menu settings. I suspect the heater in the wheel is a simple relay and not intelligently controlled.
