Tailgate Handle with Light and without light

Hey all,

not sure if it’s related to a specific package or not but I’m curious if on your tailgate handle you have the light that gets turned on when using the zone lighting. I have a ‘24 Lariat that doesn’t have this light.

As do I, but I want this light for zone lighting .. I’ve found the party number min just curious why there is a difference

Everyday i get on the forum i see something else i want to add to my truck. I have had the truck since 26 December 2024 and have to get a secret glove box and now this lighted handle. And the ford tuner

You have a Lariat without the zone light next to the tailgate handle? A picture of your tailgate would be useful.

I have a 24 Lariat it has the light.

It’s part of the advanced tow package. Pretty sure it’s there to illuminate the sticker you place on the trailer A frame to support the pro backup assist feature.
