I have never used their app, I prefer a PC for a larger screen to check things out in depth. If you're using a VPN on your cell, try disabling it, or excluding the app. I've had that issue in the past on specific sites. May also try just using a browser, instead of their app.

I don't use anything like that. Browser n the phone just wants to redirect you to the app.

Well, might install the app, check out and /or purchase the items and then uninstall the app.
Some sights are picky like that, no idea why, prolly up to the web designer for browsing via cell.
