Yes, designed on Sketchup and 3D printed. I've installed a test set, but I haven't had a chance to put water on it and check for leaks. With the factory caps, lots of water leaks by the loose fit - enough to get the bed and cargo pretty wet in heavy downpours.
My thought is that if more than a couple of drops get through these new caps, a very light film of silicone around the perimeter should seal it completely. I would rather not use silicone at all, but with the tight tolerance fit, just a thin film should suffice and not be visible without close inspection.
