Yes, designed on Sketchup and 3D printed. I've installed a test set, but I haven't had a chance to put water on it and check for leaks. With the factory caps, lots of water leaks by the loose fit - enough to get the bed and cargo pretty wet in heavy downpours.

My thought is that if more than a couple of drops get through these new caps, a very light film of silicone around the perimeter should seal it completely. I would rather not use silicone at all, but with the tight tolerance fit, just a thin film should suffice and not be visible without close inspection.

Water still leaks even though I siliconed the caps, starting to think the water is still seeping under the rail caps themselves from the sides. Just wanted to mention this since even though the caps are now fully sealed, you will still probably get some water ingress along the sides (albeit far less than before).

I was just thinking...has anyone tried sealing the caps by covering them with some Gorilla waterproof patch and seal or all weather tape? Both come in black and if trimmed well might look OK.
