What in the world is going on with the Ranger Raptor? I just did a 75 mile radius search for USED Ranger Raptors, expecting to get 2 or 3 hits on AutoTrader. Instead I got 33 hits and I'd say 90% of them have 5,000 miles or less on them. Bizarre! Why is this? Do people buy them and then realize they can't afford it? Is there a problem with them? That's just crazy that there are rows and rows and rows of listings for used Raptors with 3,600 miles, 4,900 miles, 5,234 miles, etc. I would think this isn't going to do the resale values any favors.

Maybe these are survivors from the Ranger Raptor Assault School, those trucks that haven’t rolled and been totaled out. LOL. Surely they change out their trucks after a year, the old ones have to go somewhere…..

What are the prices? How do they look?

If you want a Ranger Raptor, I'll sell mine, as well.

People are ditching them for various reasons, I'm sure, but after owning one for a couple of months or so I'm going to ditch mine, as well. It's the least reliable vehicle I've ever owned by a country mile.

The warranty is immaterial, at this point.

I refuse to own the vehicle any longer than absolutely required.
“Required”?….I’ve never been required to own any specific vehicle, much less for a required time period. Use the warranty to resolve issues. That way it’s repaired and documented. maybe you just have some buyers remorse due to the price?

What price? The thing's a flat-out bargain. 🤣

I have owned mine for 15 months and 5400 miles with no issues so far! Most fun truck I've ever owned. No regrets here!

"Buyer's remorse"... I think you're right. It looks like he just bought it in May of this year, and posted this in the thread he started just after buying it:

"I wanted to buy a different sort of vehicle entirely, but the dealerships for those in which I was interested were all two hours away, with no local service available. I've got plenty of Ford dealers here, though.

The Raptor wasn't initially on my list of vehicles to purchase. It was a spur of the moment decision. "

I guess the spur of the moment decision didn't translate to long-term satisfaction.
