Garrett called upon the EcoBoost experts at ZFG Racing & Nostrum Performance to help engineer a turbo upgrade for the Ford Ranger Raptor 3.0L V6 (Bronco Raptor).
This dream team put down a staggering dyno run of 657 Rear wheel horsepower & 655 lb ft of torque*!
Thanks to efforts of Garrett, ZFG Racing,Nostrum Fueling, & HP Tuning, we can now purchase bolt on upgrades that take our Ranger Raptors up to 820 Horsepower**!

They saw 657HP on a chassis dyno, which is impressive. Where is the 820 HP number coming from?

That’s a lot of extra power without adding any supporting mods? You’re effectively doubling the HP by just bolting on new turbos? Sounds wayyyyyy too risky for me

surely that figure was achieved by more than just replacing the turbos alone?

They saw 657HP on a chassis dyno, which is impressive. Where is the 820 HP number coming from?
Dynojet roller dyno. This was rubber on the roller. Lots of people use other versions which work great but read higher due to less resistance.
I’d guess they added driveline losses to arrive at a crank horsepower value. In this case driveline losses would be 25%.

You’re correct. We also added 2 K&N stickers.

Most bolt ons. Process West product catalog, Nostrum HPFP, Injectors, Milltek exhaust, ZFG Racing tuning, and Suncoast transmission upgrades.
