Picked up my 25 XLT yesterday so got busy installing options. LasFit bed mat and tailgate mat. Excellent fit, very high quality. WeatherTech Door Sill Guards. Easy install and perfect fit. I remember when vehicles all had these standard.

Finally put in WeatherTech all weather floor mats. I didn't want to go with floor liners as I like having some of the carpeting exposed. Very heavy rubber mats, fit perfectly.

Went to install my Extang TriFecta 2.0 tri fold cover and they sent the wrong year hardware. So, they're sending out a replacement.

Gave the XLT a few center console parts borrowed from the Lariat and Redback. Ford has a promotion through the end of the year. All OEM replacement part purchases over $20 get free shipping.....and it turns out that "free" shipping has been FedEx overnight. My local dealer would have taken 5 days.

Install was very, very easy. The bezels just pop out from the outside.....it's all clips, and no screws. Nothing else needs to be removed. Just click on "related parts" in the link below and you'll see everything:

Does the bed mat and tailgate mat fasten into place, and how?

The bed mat simply lies in place, but since it so well mimics the outline of the bed floor, it really doesn't move. To install the tailgate mat, you remove about 10 factory torx screws and use them to attach the mat...very easy. I did notice that the bottom edge of the mat, where no screws exist, does flap a bit, so I used some 3M double sided tape to secure it.

Installed the Rival 4X4 recovery points. Talk about a beefy design. They are rated to 5000KG working Load Limit.

The factory ones, while they get the job done, are just not on the same level. Lots of stamped steel. The Rival 4x4 is thick welded steel. It’s ready to pull a house down!

Great setup. The Lasfit liners are killer. We love the bed liner and interior liners.

Installed SigLux DRL and front marker lights.

Have you tried their dual color Amber / White fog lights? I'm super curious about how well those work as I like highly integrated solutions that look close to factory fit /finish. I'll probably keep the stock bumper unless it gets damaged off-roading and I don't want to add exterior lighting, so that solution looks appealing.

Yes. Brand is Airplex, they have it in Matt Black or Smoke, I chose matt black obviously and it's very close in color to the dark charcoal of the OEM bumper / grill / fender flares. I'm sure there are multiple vendors, the one I used to ship to the states from the UK was called OFFTREK.

Previously looked at grill lights kits, then when i was on the SHOP app checking out with a tailgate light bar the other day, these sunpie led grill lights for a bronco popped up ( i had previously verified the dimensions would work) for a discount that brought them to $20 from $100. I said screw it. They aren't a "factory fit" but after pulling the cables taught and ziptying, they dont wiggle or move and sit pretty well in the top grill cubbys. I will run these as amber, but my 2 young boys love picking the colors and I've already used picking the color as reward for good deeds . Not bad for $20 and and afternoon hour.

Picked up wheels and tires at the shipper today. Unfortunately they put on heavy LT tires instead of P metric, I ordered. Can tell its harder to stop now. Excuse the dirty truck!
