Question why did you go with kit as opposed to just changing to an amber lamp? If I'm not mistaken they have a plug and play or I'm I wrong?

First oil change. I had planned to change it at 2,000 miles, but circumstances led to the first change being at 2,900 miles. Oil was darker than I was expecting, I cannot imagine following the recommended 10,000 mile interval, that just seems insane to me. 5,000 seems like the logical max.

As expected the oil comes out all at once. Having read the horror stories, I prepped well. Still ended up with some splashing on the driveway. I had a tough time forking over $60 for the Ronin plug, but after seeing the mess I've got no problem with it now. Kind of excited for the next oil change.

Love having a cartridge filter, it's so much easier. The filter housing does not get tightened very much, just 18 lb-ft, so be careful with that. That little o-ring is a bitch though.

Cranked it over a couple times with the accelerator pedal to the floor before starting it up. Glad to have the first messy change behind me. Now time to wash and wax.

I'm still 3 weeks new into owning my 25 XLT 4x4 sport (coming from '19 Lariat 2wd) Full detail after a dealership fail. I ended up learning the cricut and all its quirks, which my wife bought, but I use the thing more than she does. I made some door sill guards after some measurements and they ended up perfect. Doing the same for the wife's new 25 velocity blue Maverick XLT hybrid.

got my first custom a pillar test fit today.
starting on the second pillar tomorrow.

Got Ceramic tint. Not too dark. I like it.
70 on windshield, the fronts came out ~25% total, and and rears ~15% total-stock coloring w ceramic tint.
Mainly did this for the UV and heat protection, still wanted to he able to see on rural/no-light night drive stretches, and not worry about the local law when traveling my Midwest territory for work.

Added Husky Aeroskin 2 bug defector hood protector. Great fit, super easy. Think it gives me almost 1 more horse power, too.

Decided to burn Ford Points on a few accessories...just in case items.
Although likely not 'best in class' accessories, still better to have than nothing, even though not an avid off-roader - - jus yet, decent start tho
