Install light P metric street tires with lighter wheels (no heavy Beadlocks). Or remove the trim rings, they are almost 5 pounds each. Add aero devices like a hard tonneau. Use ethanol free gas. Stay below 65 mph. Don’t carry a bunch of extra “stuff”, leave it at home when you can. Don’t install accessories that cause drag - especially anything on the roof, protruding lights, etc.

KEEP YOUR FOOT OUT OF IT.

Or drive a big V8 truck for a while….. My previous truck was a Land Cruiser 200, I was lucky to get 12 to 14 mpgs. I am very satisfied with my RR that routinely gets 18 on long trips, that is a huge improvement.

In all seriousness... the gearing of the RR and the weight are two things you could realistically control to maybe get some better mileage. Neither are what I would think are worth changing. Dropping weight will be hard as a lot of the weight is in the beefed up frame and drivetrain and if you re-gear why not just buy a regular ranger.

If you stay off boost you can get some pretty decent fuel economy.

I achieved this just last week after a few days on/off the highway (10.5 Lt/100km / 22.4mpg) using 98RON fuel

I picked up 1.3 mpg after installing an S&B CAI.
I have no idea if it was the S&B, the weather or the planets aligning but I was getting 17.4 on my RR and now I’m getting 18.7 after the install. After getting my first and only speeding ticket a few months back I do not speed at all.

Dropping wheel and tire weight will likely net the biggest gain. On my 2020 TRD Tacoma swapping from stock P series Goodyear Wranglers to LT KO2s which were about 20lbs more a corner dropped my mpg by about 2mpg.

I ordered the transmission, transfer case, and engine skid plates from Rival. As the truck doesn't come with a transfer case skid plate, I wonder if having one will help with aerodynamics at all.

I live in the US as well, I've tried to add ECO mode via FORScan several times (there's a different thread on this subject)... I've had no success getting it to materialize. Something still missing in all the suggestions from others on the correct procedure. Works off shore in other Raptors apparently. To no avail here as yet though...

I gained mpg with ZFG 93 tune, went from 15.6 to 16.3 .

I added a full set of Rival skid plates. Engine, trans, transfer case, and gas tank. I gained about 1 mpg. Probably from the aerodynamic improvement from smoothing An air dam below the front bumper would be more efficient, but would get bashed right off the truck on the next whoop I launch it off of.
