Someone on my Facebook group reported having climate control settings during remote start from the Ford app. They mentioned that they saw it after doing the OTA brake recall update. They are using android. I sure don't have it. I'm curious if anyone else does or knows the circumstances around climate control on the app.

I have it for my 25 RR. When I bought the truck on November 3rd it was not available in the app. Now it's been available for about a week now. I use it everyday.

I thought it was weird the app didn't have it as my 25 Maverick always had HVAC controls from the app.

Odd. The guy on Facebook has an XLT. I don't have it for my Lariat.

Hope this is not like the "Off-Road Pages" in my former Jeep where they never worked.

It only shows when the truck is remote started. Not sure if you had your truck on or not when you looked at the app.

Looks like you don't have it yet. The app is weird. I'm sure one day you will have it. Just need to keep checking. You don't get any notification or anything. It will just magically appear one day.

I'm not sure how useful this will be. My truck is set to 72 degrees, so when it starts it's already set.
If it's 30 deg outside, it'll be 72 inside when I get in. If it's 90 deg outside, it will be 72 inside. If the temp falls below 60 (IIRC), the heated seats will be turned on automatically.

Weird indeed. I would believe everyone on the same app version would have the same features, in this regard.

I just started my 2025 Lariat with the app and there is no climate control screen. I just have the icon of the wrench ( right bottom) and vehicle icon on the left bottom. No temp, fan blade heated seats, etc. icons like your screen shot. And I do have automatic software updates turned on. Hmm.....

Yeah, I checked mine and nothing. XLT. Same as OP. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled just to test and still nothing. I hope we get those settings. As I would love to adjust the temp, heated seats.
