what's amazing is they're still holding on to the Lincoln brand. Look at those numbers.
Yea agree and if your looking for a 'not seen at every traffic light vehicle', you'll sure have a rare vehicle driving a Lincoln.

it says right at the top, US sales.

its from here.

https://shareholder.ford.com/Home/default.aspx

2024 sales were down because of the change of production from gen
5

so year on year numbers aren’t as awesome as they might seem

ford is just getting back to gen5 production numbers

i think the bronco maverick Sales tells me people want to get a rugged vehicle that says look, I can go out in the wild, even if we don’t do that often or at all

and that is striking a chord with people and so play to that strength

i think ford should definitely bring the everest into North America

And that Ranger could use a little tremor and or wildtrack love ❤

i think the miss on the lariat is to not too offer full time 4wd and the raptor button
To me the miss on the Lariat is no cooled seats and the price that is way too high, should be at least $5-$7K less.

Imagine the sales numbers if Ford applied a marketing budget to Ranger and actively marketed it. In reality, Ford knows they need Ranger to fill the mid-sized niche but they don't want to push Ranger too hard for fear of biting in Maverick and F-150 sales.

How many Rangers were sold in 2024 year.
I guess the data is for NA since the Ranger is assembled in the Wayne plant or is the data
for just the US.

Cool to se the GTD #'s made at Multimatic in Canada.
I may be the only gen 6 Ford Ranger owner in Massachusetts?........I have a 2024 Ranger and I never see any 2024-2025's on the roads near me. Ford needs to up the production for sure :sunglasses:

Feel the same way here in Texas. Rarely see another 6th gen. Ford needs to double production and build more Raptors. They can sell everyone they build

It depends on where you are I guess. My town has a population under 700 people and there's at least four or five 6th gen Rangers I see regularly.

Looking at the bright side of lower production numbers, it seems to be helping keep our residual values nice and healthy or higher then I had really ever expected. Especially the RRs are really holding their value very well.

It's the opposite near me in Maryland. I am seeing healthy numbers of gen 6s on the roads. I probably see more gen 6s compared to gen 5s by about a 2:1 ratio.

The fact that Maverick outsells Ranger 2.5 to 1 proves that what people REALLY want is a more affordable vehicle.
yep the market shows what it wants assuming there is enough supply. Bronco + Mav all 100k+ and double ranger. I'm blessed they make a midsize w/ enough volume that I can have my goldilocks! Love the Ranger, just right for me. But apparently I'm niche, LOL.

I wish supply was higher though. Usually ~20-40 lariats within 200 miles of me, which isn't tons of selection.

With the aluminum supply shortage after those recent plant fires, wreaking havoc on F150 production.
Broncos seem to be pretty plentiful right now on dealer lots, I think it might be interesting to see if ford boost Ranger production to try and help fill the void.

I want Ranger to succeed, but hopefully not at the cost of our resale value.
