I’ve got a BakFlip MX2 on my F150 that I’ve had since 2020. Had to redo the side seals that cracked over time. Put a cheaper rough country solid folding on my wife’s 23. It was a lot cheaper, and I’ve determined that you get what you pay for. Now that she has a 25 I’m gonna bite the bullet on a retrax for it. I’m not concerned about losing the bit of bed space, and I really like the infinite number of locking . My 2nd choice was the BakFlip Revolver because it doesn’t block the back window when fully open.

good luck!

I have a diamond back cover and love it. I can tow up to 600lbs on top of it while still having my storage in the bed. Coupled with AALab Molle panels my bed is almost complete.

Bought a fairly inexpensive ($350 sale price) hard tonneau cover for the Maverick I recently traded that was so-so. It wasn't recessed and just sat on top of the rails, wasn't a perfect fit, was a pain to open/close, and even after multiple attempts at sealing it still leaked a little. Definitely want a better one for the Ranger and I'm trying to decide between a BAKflip G2 for $1050 and a Leer HF650M for $1174. The price is close, they look really good online and are both recommended here. I can get either at a local dealer but wondering if anyone knows if one has anything that makes it stand out above the other.

I'm also looking and the Leer hf650m is on the top of my list.
Squeeze to open vs cable more secure?
4 panels and 3rd brake like visible
No drain tubes required

I would get something else than RealTruck.
Customer service is non-existent and their roller cover does not work during winter 🙄

Ok, little to no customer service is definitely a red flag. Thanks!

I have wrote them 3 times without a single reply. Even the dealer who installed the cover, can not reach them.
Just bad design, water goes in to the locking system making it inoperable in freezing temp.

Wow, if even a dealer can't get a response that pretty much settles it. Thank you!

That's odd. RT is on the forum and she has always responded to my DM's and calls. I find them extremely responsive. I wound up getting the Truxedo Pro X15. Should be here this week. And if you DM RT here on the forum she will hook you up with a better price.

Had them both, the Leer hands down better. Overall fit, no tubes, no drains, seals nice. have it on my 25 Ranger.
