Does anyone have a good contact in the UK for servicing the 2024 RR Live Valve Fox Shocks?

Ford in the UK are useless when it comes to the Raptors, interested to know if they can be tuned from anyone across the pond in the US or AUS? Always felt the ride is harsh on the new Raptors - thanks

You are the only person I have ever heard say the ride is harsh. Maybe you have some FaUx shocks. Good luck

Maybe you guys get different valving to us or something? Be interested to see a comparison - maybe someone from the US trying out an EU one?

With the US RR there are three settings for suspension tune. My favorite is the "Sport" suspension tune because it is firmer than default and off-road. That is for street driving. This summer I will experiment with Sport and Off-Road settings to see which I like better.

Given the RR doesn't adjust for rebound dampening, it will never get to my preference.

I run sport suspension, sport steering and quiet exhaust without the stupid-ASS feature enabled. Its a good balance of sporty handling, quiet cruising and fuel economy for around town or road trips etc. I only use sport if Im playing around on back roads or in mountain roads on a trip.

I also found slippery mode quite well Suites to icy roads or to help modulate light throttle on cold starts during winter until its up to temp.

But I think mine rides quite well overall, lightweight wheels helped make it better over small imperfections as the heavy oem beadlocks would have some jitter due to the weight. The 705s don't cause that being almost 11lbs lighter per wheel.

And over jumps / rougher terrain at speed...well that's where it just comes to life!

I run Sport steering, suspension and exhaust via the R button setting except bad weather of course.

Ive used the following drive modes for the conditions and found them to be very well tuned for each:

1. My custom R setup for general street use us Normal but with Sport Suspension, Sport Steering, quiet exhaust and ASS disabled. Works well for around town, family road trips etc.

2. Sport mode if im playing around on back cou try roads or on some twisty mountain roads when going out of state (KY, PA, WI are my typ.)

3. Off Road and Rock Cralw mode for OHV park, mostly low speed terrain thats very rough, not really the bread and butter of the RR but still fun once or twice a year. Used rock crawl once for going up a steep rock face that some older Jeeps 40" tires were struggling for traction on. They had tons of ground clearance of my RR but kept spinning all fours, not sure what tires they were using, but I was surprised I didnt slip even once.

4. Baja mode for drifting around my uncle's corn field, works very well for higher speed driving.

5. Slippery for snow / ice or driving on a cold engine in winter to keep rpm / load low until oil is up to temp as the throttle sensitivity with the Pro Can can be a bit rev happy, making it a bit of work to keep below 4k rpms.

6. Towing obviously for legitimate towing applications. Used it to tow my daughter's fiance's car that broke down out of state with a UHaul car dolle (older hyundai veloster), other.

Compared to the Gen1 Ranger Raptors we get here in the UK, it’s harsh trust me - plenty that agree the ride is too harsh/inconsistent, check out the thread below.

Can confirm...the ride of the Gen 1 PX3 Ranger Raptor with the 2.0 Fox IBP shocks is much plusher than the Gen 2 Ranger Raptor with the 2.5 IBP Live Valve. Ive driven both exstensively and definately prefer the ride in the Gen 1.

Anyone change the valuing on them down there, or is it even possible?
