Awesome - thanks! Not sure if I feel the time spent to DIY will outweigh my available time with three little ones. Will look to outsource this one! Glad to hear it makes a noticeable difference. That's something I notice each time I close the doors - they sound a bit hollow. Would like to solid the truck up a bit...

Looks like you're overdue for a signature update! :giggle:
Yea, I didn't do any of mine myself either. LOL

I don't have the flexibility to do that sort of work at my age, nor the patients to mess with all those tabs and clips etc etc etc.

Good eye.
Signature has been updated. lol 😁

Thanks !

I am expecting to get the truck back later this week with its PPF stealth wrap completed and the sound deadening completed.

Hopefully have the Diamond back bed cover installed next week.

Possibly window tint coming next Saturday.

Undercoating coming up the following week.

Then the long painful wait for my turn to get The engine swap done.

Everything but the Godzilla engine swap should be completed by the first of April.
Earliest estimate I was given back in January was likely July or August for the Godzilla part of the project to begin.

Huge progress!

I'm wanting to do a matte ppf on mine so that I can keep the carbonized grey. Saw one on instagram a while back and been wanting to do it since then.

Looks great! Time to put that diamond back on!
Yep plan to make an appointment for that tomorrow.
Hopefully it will get installed next week.

I am going to try and get the windows tinted Saturday.

Sorry, if I could get rid of all the Orange / Red accents on the interior I would. LOL :p
Only Orange I like is on a 69' Dodge Charger called the General Lee. 😁

Unique Auto Trim on Seneca might take care of those leather accents. Your detailer might be able to remove and paint the interior plastic trim in subdued black. Or 3D printed?

Boom Blasters makes an awesome Godzilla roar horn. They have a button version, and a wireless version you operate off a fob. YouTube has both videos.

Your truck is really looking sharp.

Yeah, thats why I went with Rocklear on my truck. Once it cures, that's it. 15 year warranty. Plus any chips, scratches can be fixed like normal clear coat. low grit, to high grit then polishout with a buffer and they gone! Luckily, i have no chips yet..but Im sure I'll get one.

I thought your truck already had PPF unless you just applying to plastics, etc or confusing your truck image with another..
My wife and I are thinking of getting Rocklear as well if we keep our 24's, if not on our 28's. We were wondering if it has a cloudy haze to it. Can you get us some pictures in the sun and different angles? Would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not trying to hijack the thread either.

Well, nobody's perfect. I'll allow it.
