thats how all in tank pumps are. for sure, its not good to run it to the reserve fuel level. i try to fill up at 1/4 left just in case there are no stations in the next 1/4 tank worth of driving thoughExitoffroad.com has a 35 gallon direct swap tank. Using forscan can recalibrate the tank fuel sending unit.
Curious if anyone has installed and experiences.
Someone was asking abt still refueling at 1/4 tank remaining. Fwiw, Ford mechanics i know recommend not letting your tank get low regularly as the fuel is also the lubricant for the pump. If you're starving it or using cheap gas, expect reduced life from it.
