Yes. I had already picked out an attorney in fact, but ironically Ford called on day 25 and it is finally fixed! I’m just glad to have it back.

Well, now they still have those remaining five days to worry about. Should give them a little added incentive if you run into more issues!

My truck just got trailer update over the air. Ford pass still shows however active recall.

Takes about a day to update in the system. Should no longer show tomorrow; end of day processing probably.

Are new folks continuing to receive the Sync update? I’ve been checking since it was reported here and still don’t see it. Curious if it’s just a slow phased roll out or if it’s exclusive to some particular trim level like the RR. Mine is a ‘24 Lariat.

Mine just got it. Ford's rollouts are just slow. I got several earlier rollouts, then got this one. just make sure you have auto-update enable in your truck.

I just got the SYNC-25.2.4.10 today, so Ford is still pushing it out.
