Attempted to install new front door speakers. Well I trusted the website and got 6.5” and yes those will work but not without an adapter lol. So now my wife gets new door speakers for the Bronco and my new speakers 6x9” will be in tomorrow. But since I had things apart laid down the sound deadening material for one side at least.

Architect... over 40 years. Not retired.... 'cause I haven't gotten tired for the 1st time yet!
Drove 420 miles up to dallas Thursday after lunch and then back Friday morning. Sucked but at least the truck is comfortable.
Even in your Ranger, that's a good day's work X 2... 840 miles!
I've heard that it's possible to drive over 900 miles in same direction & still remain
in TE⭐AS! (Brownsville at southern border up north to Perryton near OK)🤠

This weekend I installed some grill lights from F150led and also installed a light bar from M&R Automotive. Just waiting on my amber DRL's from Signature Lux

Nice! It is going to look banging with the signature drls! At least once you get them in. I did mine yesterday , its every bit the bitch as posted here to install. 7 hours to remove and replace 3 screws on both sides:shock:

Hi, do you have the front facing camera, if so does the light bar interfere with the view?

6x9 will gave more low freq bass. I have focal 6x9 690s in front. After adding a jl 10" shallow sub in a stealth box and amp I wonder if the 6.5 would have better mids.
Just the sound deadening will help the stock speaker.

No I do not have the front facing camera. My truck is just an XL. I read on here that M&R wanted trucks with the front camera for testing and producing a light bar that would work with it, so probably soon they will have one thats fits the front camera.

Thanks! I really hope it doesn't take me 7 hours to install the drls, that's brutal. Being a mechanic for 15 years I have lots of experience with hard to get to bolts and a lot of different tools to help. The only thing is I just got an email from Signature Lux and they said they may have shipped the wrong drls for my truck so when it gets here I have to check and send them photos, and being they sent me that email their probably the wrong ones so Ill have to deal with that.

Given that the oem front license plate holder already obstructs the front camera slightly so long as the light bar is behind it (which it looks like it is) it should be fine.

Fumoto is good but they don't make any for the Ford plastic oil pan.

ETA, that I know of anyway.
