The 25 Tacoma only gets a 7.7. Toyota is so over-rated, but the sheeple still flock to them.

Considering midsize pickups, it's because before the 6G Ranger and 3G Canyon/Colorado, the 2G/3G Tacoma was the only one that didn't look like crap. Honda and Nissan still prefer to make ugly trucks.

Also due to its widespread popularity, Tacoma aftermarket options are like getting mods for a Remington 700 or Glock. There's already endless mods/options for the 4G Tacoma, while 6G Ranger mods are still few and far between.

If I didnt already know of nissan's automatic transmission issues in their trucks, i would have gotten a frontier. That v6 is awesome and makes the truck feel like a sports car
