Not sure when the price increases showed up in the Build & Price tool, but the 2025 is now more expensive. My build is now $995 more than when I purchased the end of April. Base price went up $250, destination charge increased $100, they are now charging $395 for Velocity Blue Metallic paint, XLT 301A package increased $150 and the FX4 package went up $100. Not sure when these trucks will hit the dealer lots, but if you are thinking about getting a Ranger you might want to check out dealer inventory now to avoid the price increase.

Employee pricing is available until July 4th, a dealer can order a vehicle for a customer and lock in the discount until the vehicle arrives but it must be ordered before the offer ends.

Only 3 colors on the Raptor have no upcharge. Guess Ford needs to offset more EV losses.

Sadly, employee pricing is not available on Raptors.

The employee discount will apply to in-stock inventory but if you order one like I did you are still subject to fluctuations in price before the discount is applied. Two dealerships told me the same thing before I placed the order.

There is a way to lock in the discount but some dealers will give you the run around and won't bother. There is actually a process that a dealer must follow to lock in the employee pricing discount price. Tim Bartz describes it in one of his videos.

This was the point I was trying to get across. Even while the employee pricing discount is still available, the base price that the discount is applied to has gone up, unless you can find in-stock inventory with old pricing. There was news about the price increases for the Mexico-produced models, but nothing about other models. I think the other big takeaway is that Desert Sand, Velocity Blue and Marsh Gray now cost $395. The only colors without an upcharge are black, white and gray.

When i placed my order on Sat May 31st it got kicked back in the dealers computer system, then on Monday he tried again and it showed price increases for Job 2 beginning July 6th i had to signoff a new order sheet accept the increases ($495 in my case).
The base MSRP went up as well as the ones mentioned above in the other post and delivery charge from $1595 to $1695. :frown:

I'm asking my rep to cancel the running boards off my order. I already felt like $695 was too high but another +$55 for them now to bring it up to $750 is ridiculous. I can buy virtually any make of aftermarket boards for half that amount or less. That plus the extra +$1,000 or so has me a little irritated. I knew it was a possibility but thought I could get in before any major increase. It's around 2.5% in just a couple months so it's pretty major. Say what you want but the guessing game on these Trump tariffs are making it very difficult for auto companies.

When did Ford change this? When I ordered a F-150 in 2022 price level was locked in as long as you are the end buyer.

I don't know when it was changed. I wasn't in the market till this year after the employee pricing incentive was announced. That incentive doesn't mean much anymore with the Ford price increases.

I had originally placed my order in mid March, but when the employee discount went effective in April, my sales rep had me cancel my order (it hadn’t been scheduled yet) and reorder the truck to lock in the A/Z plan. I’ve gotta’ assume she did the extra work MK8.5 Golf R is talking about.

Tim Bartz from Long from long MacArthur ford, he explains the process in detail, this guy is a Ford Guru. I reccomend to anyone planning on ordering a vehicle or learning how the ordering process works, to watch his videos. Their dealer in Salina Kansas also offers some real good deals.

Just watched the Time Bartz video. That's very hopeful and I'm hitting my dealer up with that info as well. I should be price protected back to my order date of 4/26/25. My build date starts next week. We'll see what my dealer says.
