Probably got randomly selected for quality check where they tear it apart and do cut checks and look at welds in the lab. Although the website isn’t very accurate, so hopefully that’s the case. Mine still says in production since 2/27 but dealer says it’s shipped and should arrive by next week.

I actually got a text from my dealer today saying it’s built and in QC hold right now.

Oh interesting - must be an entire lot of RRs based on what a few of us have reported.

The QC hold could be related to an issue they identified, or a supplier issue on a component that they chose not to install or ran out of inventory for. They finish building the vehicle, place it in a hold, and do rework outside of the manufacturing line. Was very common during the peak of the covid supply chain issues.

Well now I get a text at 2am from Ford that the RR is built, go and check and says estimated delivery 4/11 to 4/17. Dealer says it’s already shipped though and estimated delivery is 3/17 to 3/24. Not sure who to believe at this point.

My Lariat is built 3/12. Says they are arranging shipment to my dealer. It may take a few days or a week. My dealer is about 30 miles from the plant. I had spray in liner and PPF. Went down the line 2/28 finished 3/12.

And it just went to "shipped" as of this morning. New ETA 03/25/2025 - 03/31/2025

Now my order tracker just did the same thing and is saying the order is scheduled. Dealer says it’s on track for delivery by the end of the month so fingers crossed.

I just checked the tracker to see if there were any changes and it no longer shows an expected delivery date!
