2026 Ranger Raptor R Mode

Why Does The (R - Raptor Mode )..only show on the left side of the dash , and not in the back of the Pick-up Truck..with the Red R...
Is there a trick to to get to show the Red R in the back of the Pick-up Bed..I know I must be do something wrong..

Mine shows it if I have the Fuel Mileage screen up.

When I have MyMode (aka R mode) enabled all the graphics show a red R in the bed except the Off-road screen (the one that shows the lockers and 4WD graphic)

I saw a YouTube Video, were you had to double click the R button to get it to Activate, Will have to try that..

Yes, you have to double-click to engage R mode.

Yeah…. You’re not in R mode unless you double press. There’s even a message box that pops up stating you need to press it twice to confirm going into R mode

Yes, you press the R button once and the driver display shows you what the settings (if any) are. Press it again to adopt those settings.

I wish it would just remember my previous settings. No one else drives my truck so this would be most convenient....

Yes. It's actually in your owner's manual too. Youtube not required...

I found that If I switch the drive mode selector after pressing the R mode, the Red R Appears in the back of the pick up bed..

It should remember your settings. I just hit it twice quickly and get my settings, that is how it should work.

So what’s everyone’s R mode setting? Mine is Baja everything except in 2WD. I don’t use it very often but I do drive in sport mode probably 75% of the time.

Never mind, I see it now.

Mine is rather boring. I use it for my “daily” driving, so Sport exhaust, Comfort steering. If I’m going out in the wild I can easily change it to more fun settings. But normally I either use Sport for twisty road driving, Off-road or Rock Crawl for... off-roading, and Baja for shenanigans.
