45 day notice canned email

I ordered my Ranger Raptor on June 26h put down a $500 deposit and received confirmation of my order from FMC the following day. 45 days later I received the canned email stating Ford would stay in touch at least every 45 days. My second 45 day email is a week late. It appears to be an automated email so I don’t think the strike should effect it. Anyone else not receiving the 45 day emails?

Im surprised but the dealers actually don’t have as much information As we do on this site.

All the same as you with my order and even ironically ordered the same day. Never received the second 45 day email.

I had the dealer's stock allocation converted to retail on June 26th. Never did receive an order confirmation email. However, on Aug 10th (45 days after June 26th), I did receive the 'Information regarding your Ford order.' canned email. I fully expected to receive another 45 day email on September 24th but did not get one.

For my 2nd dealer where I have an order in, I received the order confirmation email on Aug 27th (The dealer changed their stock allocation to retail on August 26th). I'll let everyone know if I receive a 45 day email on October 11th.

I didn't receive my second 45 day email notice from Ford after receiving the first one. I messaged and confirmed with ford that my order was still in system. Not sure why I didn't get email update either.

My build date changed a couple of days passed when I was supposed to get my email. Haven't gotten it this time but meh. I just check the tracking site and go from there.

My build date has changed four times and I haven’t gotten a single email since my order was changed to retail. It will be okay, I promise. Just have patience. Some folks will be waiting a while for their truck. Just settle in.

I'm assuming that once you get an email saying that your build is scheduled, that there won't be any emails if the date changes since you have the ability to log in and check yourself. I've received a total of 2 emails from Ford. The first was "We got your order!" and the second was the scheduling email. The date has moved, but I haven't received any updates. I've ordered a retail XLT.

I’m jealous of everyone who got an email. I put a $1k deposit down for my Ranger Raptor on May 12th, well ahead of order banks opening on May 26th, to secure their apparent 1 allocation. My dealer didn’t get my order in until May 30th, dunno why the delay, and I have received zero emails or updates. Even contacting ford chat helped zero. Hopefully I won’t be in the dark forever lol.

I got an email saying my date changed the 2nd time it did. I expect I’ll probably get another email in the next week or two now that mine has changed again.
