This fell off while I was driving to dinner last night. Looks like its just held on by some tape. It's now resting on the dead pedal in the driver's floorboard. It has a red and green light on the side of it. Any ideas? It had a sticker on it I was going to try and look up the part number from, but its only a partial. ***B-18C299-CB

Could be a GPS tracker. Did you buy your truck from a buy now pay later lots?
New from Ford dealer - that does remind me they added some tracking thing. Thats probably what it is. Thanks!

It is like at Tracker/Kill switch. Do you have a loan on the vehicle? See if there is a discoverable bluetooth device or a wifi signal that you do not recognize that travels with you.

I'll have to look at my paperwork for the brand, but this thread jogged my memory. They included a GPS anti-theft device with a year of free tracking. I can choose to subscribe at the end of the year or not. I'll probably just remove it and put the wires back up under the dash.

Looks like a GPS remote start module for starting your vehicle with your phone.

You already have GPS tracking if you use the Ford Pass App. Don't waste any money on that thing.

I hope there's not one in mine. I paid in full. I don't want any more tracking than this pile of computers and data mining already has.
