Any Regrets on Procal FP Tune?

I think the most noticable changes was the torque.

i think for me torque change for the better is important. The punch on the low end I think is a bit weak and then ramps up

I see lot of posts/forums that it's a noticeable difference and people liking it, but anyone that got it have any regrets? I'm still on the fence at the moment and always put the tune in my shopping cart, but end up not purchasing it .

i love mine mostly street drive but did take it local drag strip just to see how it ran 20 to 30 mph head wind Truck ran 13.51 et @ 99.88 Mph

Does Anyone know what the break in period is .. on the 3.0? Going on 500 miles on the New Raptor, Figured I would break it in first ..before getting it installed..

Break it in by driving various RPMs.
Don't redline the thing regularly until after 500 miles.
You can still have fun with it.

You can go down a deep ol rabbit hole on the break in procedure. Lake Speed Jr has some good thoughts on YouTube....

I went with changing it myself, at 600 and 1,200 miles. Added the Ronin drain plug. Super easy to do. Then you can get into what type and brand of oil etc.....another rabbit hole....🫡

Ordered it 6/29, received an email that my order got cancelled 6/30 (not sure why) and now can’t reuse code STAR2026 because it’s saying I already used it for my account.

Just did actually, one rep said it was out of stock and the website is incorrect. One stated that ProCal is not available for 2025 in CA, so that was just flat out wrong.
Heard somethings that ford accessories was not good and I can see why.

Maybe just order it from Tire Rack and have the dealer install it.

It got kommiefornia approval last Oct. I ordered mine right after that and it was shipped.

I had the exact opposite experience. Ordered mine the 26th. Just got the email that it's ready for pick up and installation. Called my dealer, they said I have to go pick it up, take it home and register it.

Went and talked to the service department at my Ford dealer today. I left there much more confident the tune won't create any warranty issues down the road. Used my Ford points along with the 25% discount, paying $484 for the tune!
