Just got the cover installed today by a local company, something tells me that something is wrong here...

I'm actually sitting at the installers shop and they're gonna try adding some seal. Hopefully that helps, def feels like an excess amount of water.I put black silicon gasket maker under the seals in the back corners up to the point where I don’t roll it up any further. Like a 3 minute job. Made a world of difference. I also got a rubber bed mat with my ford points. Raises the floor up just enough that any small leaks around the edges won’t get anything wet I put back there. I’ve only removed it once after the retailer did me dirty (story for a different day) and peeled up the old gasket maker and put it down again. I will say though that it’s just a little too short lengthwise. If I had to go back, I wouldn’t have bought it.
What kind of seal are they using? gasket maker or adhesive window sealer type? I might have to do something similar on mine. ThanksI'm actually sitting at the installers shop and they're gonna try adding some seal. Hopefully that helps, def feels like an excess amount of water.
Asked and they used butyl sealant. What kind of seal are they using? gasket maker or adhesive window sealer type? I might have to do something similar on mine. Thanks

At this point I've reached out to BAK regarding the cover. I know covers are not 100% water proof but for this much to be coming in when water passes over makes me feel like this is a wasted escapade. You would think for $1,500 the cover would at least need a high pressure stream of water to leak but nope, a spilled cup of water will do it for my truck.X4s doesn’t have drains. The photo posted showing drains is a folding tonneau and isn’t the x4s. I’m going to try the adhesive weather stripping under the rails on mine and see if that works. Mine isn’t as bad as yours though.
