Had to follow up with BAK again via phone.
Found out that if you submit a ticket - it goes onto a timing system before they respond back to you and if you follow up via email, it resets that time. Kinda wild.
If you have issues, I highly suggest you just reach out via Phone and ignore emails after your initial ticket creation with support.
Though, good news is they will be shipping me a new cover soon.
