I’m ready to add a bed liner to my ‘24. I’ve seen post for both of these liners. I know, for instance, I will need to cut them both for the power box.

Another consideration is fitting 4’ wide plywood. I know there is a lip on the modular liner. So, the plywood may need spacers. I don’t know how thick the Bedrug is. Is there still 4’ clearance between wheel wells?

Any knowledge or experience is welcomed.

Thanks for your help.

I like my bed rug, but I still get a little water in the bed under the tonneau. If I don't air it out every so often it gets stanky, musty smelling in the bed. Something to consider.

Did you seal your tailgate? Just curious

I installed the same two listed above by @Daweism. They fit perfect and they can catch/contain any leaks or spills. Easy to clean out using a leaf blower.

Thanks for all the votes and posts. I went with the BedRug, which I bought through Amber @ RealTruck.com. She was great. Very helpful and quick to respond.
I’m gonna leave the poll open until 5/14 in case anyone wants to see the results.

Thanks again for everyone’s input.

I just ordered these, another member got them and the pics looked great. I see very poor reviews for the Ford modular.

I have the same one; great fit, seems durable, and seems tough enough to protect the bed from daily abuse. But one downside I noticed the first day I started doing work with my truck: those two pair of lines going across are seams or something, but they stick up significantly and make sliding ANYTHING into the bed impossible without having to lift the thing you're sliding up and over those seams.

As best I could. It's coming from under the stake pockets as far a I can tell. It's not a lot, but it doesn't take much to stink things up.

I just tossed mine in tonight, we'll see how it settles after a few days in the sun, the fit is decent so far with a crease at the rise in back near the cabin. How be pretty good once settled. Did you order the tailgate mat as well? If so, did you notice that the finish on the tailgate mat is different than the bedliner? The tailgate mat is less shiny and dull looking.

I installed the ford modular bed liner yesterday in mine and yes that is the case. Both the front piece, and the back piece have a different texture than the rest. It looks about the same with the bed closed up to me but it feels different and is definitely grippier. I just assumed this was intentional for the tail gate liner as the materiel feels tougher, is more likely to experience frequent wear, gives you an better foot hold when climbing in the bed and it’s also a piece you can purchase separately.

As far as the overall topic I wouldn’t personally use a bed rug in anything with an open bed (I had one in a Tacoma years ago) unless maybe you keep the truck in a garage and just use it to drive to Lowe’s or something. If you’re putting on a cover or a shell then they can be great depending on what you’re using the truck for. But taking off trash and having dirt going in and out of the bed, it all grinds into the fabric and makes it nasty looking pretty quickly if you use the bed a lot and pollen season when I had one you could slap it and make a thick cloud of pollen and I’d rather not need to vacuum my bed all the time.

I have the Triple ALiners bed mat (which looks identical to the Lasfit) and the Lasfit tailgate liner. The finish between the two components is indistinguishable. The bed mat is great. Good fit, nice lip around the edge and enough protection for my use. Only thing I might change is drilling out a couple of holes in the corners towards the bulkhead so that it drains water. The tailgate mat is good, but it doesn't secure on the lower portion and kind of flops around. Functionally fine, but it looks a bit sloppy. Planning to use some 3M tape along the lower edge to secure it - we'll see if that holds it down. Didn't want to drill any holes, but that would be another fix.

So now... I have both the Triple A and Lasfit bedliner and the Lasfit tailgate mat.

The Lasfit bedliner has a superior finish to the Triple A bedliner.

and yes the Triple A bedliner and Lasfit tailgate mat are very close in texture and finish but not exactly, but very close.

My Triple A bedliner does not have the Triple A logo on their liner as pictured online when you order it.

I think I'm gonna keep the Lasfit set. The Lasfit bedliner seems stronger, has a better looking

I vote .........neither one
I got the ford rubber bed mat. It's heavy duty black rubber, fits exactl dimensions of the 5 ft. bed and does not move around. Total cost was $127.50. Works for me!:sunglasses:

It is a very sturdy and good mat, I had it in my old 2014 Raptor, but it is very heavy. I like the aftermarket liners, much lighter and thinner.
