Thanks again- anyone have a good guess when 2025 production will start ? Not sure buying a late 2024 when it can techically be a year old in a short amount of time is the best way to go ?
They were producing the 2023 Bronco until late December of 2023. Expect a $3k price increase on the 2025, but you may get some minor upgrades as well.

I think the 2.7L V6 will be a Game Changer for the Non Raptor versions. That engine is rock solid, straight out of the standard F150

Production of Rangers is so low and not a priority.

I have a feeling Ford is not going to meet demand with the 2.7. Especially once the Tremor hits these shores.

Then Ford has PPP (piss poor planning) even with that engine being used in several other models. They should have known the 2.7 would be the go-to option. But really, who's surprised at that.

I think if Ford had the ability and capacity, they would. Since COVID, the whole supply chain has been hosed and vehicle makers have to pick winners and losers of what they build and what they build them with.

It's been 4 years. It's time suppliers and manufactures quit using that as an excuse to manipulate the supply and demand dynamics to milk customers.

Whether you want to believe it or not, it is still there. I work in aviation manufacturing and supply chains are still rubber banding back and forth although not as much but still there. We compete for many of the same resources as automobile makers.

Trust me, it is frustrating with customers lined up and stacked deep wanting product and knowing you have to disappoint a sizeable portion of them.

What build dates for recent 2.7 engine orders are we seeing ?
I put my order in for a 2.7 Ranger on July 5. I don’t have a build day yet but it says it’s scheduled for job2. Anyone know the schedule for job 2?

Somehow got my build date today despite the exhausted availability. Ordered 7/9 (2.7L FX4 Lariat w/ Tow & Chrome App Pkgs) and got scheduled for 9/2. I guess we’ll see if that date holds

Probably not other than price, unless additional options or trim packages become available.
I read somewhere on this site that there will be a substantial price increase. Not sure where they heard that…

Are there any reviews out yet on the 2.7L Ranger. Obviously there are some in other applications but looking to find some specific to the Ranger?
