Dude, you should call the bank

If you wait too much longer you might not be able to do a charge back

Also, threat of a charge back might be enough to elicit a response

It's only like 350 bucks, not the end of the world. I am a business owner too, so I like to give businesses the opportunity to make it right, as i don't have a lot of spare time to chase this headache down.

I suspect it got lost in shipping, cuz the tracking number they gave me goes nowhere

but the non responsiveness now is concerning.

Let's give Signature Lux a chance to make it right.

That looks like Signature lux printed the shipping label and made the tracking number but the package wasnt handed to the shipping company.
That means...... chargeback baby.

used their chat on the website the other day. you have to do it while in their work time. Im just ahead of alantic time. so like 11pm my time they are still working and got a response within like 5minutes

You have been way too patient. After 4 weeks I would have started a dispute with my credit card company. At this point, if you wait any longer you will lose the ability to dispute this charge.

I had a problem with my light about two months after getting them. I email about 5 times and never heard a word back..since last summer. I'd never use them again.
