Nice article.
I am a little surprised at their posted 14 mpg average.
I know I can do the same if I am running one really hard, or if I have my heavier larger tires on , but shock tires normal driving 15-17 is bit more like it.

Other then that and its not off much from what I have seen, they have a pretty accurate take on the truck. I too prefer driving the e RRs over my full size trucks. All for similar reasons.

Looking forward to how their long term test works out.

Just saw that! Well, I guess that shows they have great taste! :sunglasses: Pretty cool...Theirs is optioned identically to my '25.
My ‘25 is similar as well! I WANTED the spray in liner, but couldn’t find one at the right price with the factory liner.

I'll be curious to see how it holds up.

Mine made it to 353 miles unfortunately.

I filled up yesterday, it was at 12.8 mpg.
To be fair I had done only short trips and giving friends rides, so lots of sport mode shenanigans.... Took a 3 hour drive in the hills, all pavement and easy cruising, was at 18.4 when I got home.
The highest I've seen is 19.2 for a short while.
I hope it will do better on the highway, I have a big road trip planned this summer.

Oh, yea
No doubt I can run one hard and really get it to guzzle the fuel.
That 12 mpg is pretty much in line with the worst I have seen out of my RRs.

I have never really seen more than 17 or 18 on the highway.
Around here that is only on the old 2 lane 55-65 mph highways.

Typically, I average 15-16 mpg or somewhere in between with all 3 of my RRs.
None lifted none on larger than the stock tires.

That said in this part of the country where, I travel the most. The speed limits are 75-80mph on the interstates, and the wind always plays a factor.
We have 10-30 mph head or cross winds pretty much all the time here in the Kansas and Oklahoma area.

I got better fuel milage after 10k miles. I also have full skids so the underside is fairly flat..

I'm almost at 25k miles. 2024 RR (Rowdy). I run 91 fuel and use Amsoil and change oil every 5k miles-ish.

I have a mix of rural/highway/city driving. I average between 18-19.6 mpg per tank. Except when off roading. Then it all changes. Swap the air filter every 10 k miles.

Everything else is stock. Well I do have vented seat covers. It's that good stock.
