I had one on my F150 Raptor before this. There are several things I like enough to have gotten another one. You can sleep in the back of your truck very easily, you can fold the whole topper forward if you have to use the bed for real truck duties, and it provides some security for things I like to leave in the bed. I can keep the topper on and still load my mountain bikes, it can handle serious off-road abuse and vibration without breaking.Nice. Have you used a soft top before? I'm on the fence between a tonneau, soft top and traditional topper. Curious what folks see as pros/cons of a soft top.
Same hereI'm considering fas-top and their combo (tonneau and stow-away soft top): https://www.fas-top.com/fas-top-traveler-topper-tonneau/
Good price for both and easy to swap between them.
I've been considering these. I believe I also saw a manufacturer that makes overlanding racks that will fit over soft toppers. Might be a custom ordered top for this, but it seems like the best of all worlds with a soft top, tonneau, and rack which are all fairly easy to remove or open when needing the bed for a scoop of mulch or similar.I'm considering fas-top and their combo (tonneau and stow-away soft top): https://www.fas-top.com/fas-top-traveler-topper-tonneau/

I actually saw a Tacoma set up very much like that just a few days ago. SoftTopper with an overalnding rack over it. Had traction boards and fuel tanks mounted to the rack. Not sure how practical that would be for me, but it definitely looked cool.I've been considering these.
