Ford Pass Active

Ford Pass is now active and it shows options available to lock/unlock and start the vehicle. Fuel levels/tire pressure showing and all that. I did not expect this to be available until after receiving the vehcile. 110km on the odometer, so they must be doing some testing.

The truck still shows "In Production".

Dealer called yesterday to say the vehcile was finished but unsure when it would be shipped.

Does anyone else have this yet?

Weird....My FordPass TRIED to do the activation this morning, but was "denied by primary user". Going back to it, I now get "Feature unavailable".

Does your app show where your ranger is? You should be able to track it on shipping. I tried with my Bronco but got feature unavailable so I had to track it manually by calling CSX.

It shows it on the Ford lot in Detroit. I will totally use it to keep tabs.

Mines been in production since 1/12. Pass won’t activate. Dealer was told weeks ago it was built then Monday the dealer received an update that it was still in production. Will NEVER order a vehicle again. Will go back to picking something off the lot. This has been the worst experience. If no answer soon this is going to cost me a trip to Europe this summer

You Pre ordered a vehicle, it wasn't released and you were definitely not promised a delivery time. You may not want to order a vehicle or anything because you have zero patience, but that's on you, not Ford or your dealership. Don't blame you having to cancel your Europe trip(not sure how it has any effect on it either way) on them.

My FordPass connect request was "denied by the primary user" at 5:03AM eastern time this morning.

My truck has been built since january 19 and the fordpass connection request had been pending since that date. Hoping there is more good news on the horizon.

Mine tracker just turned on today ! I was told by Ford chat that I couldn’t activate I until I had the vehicle , but it’s working !

As soon as my modules popped, I was trying to get mine to activate like crazy. At first it kept giving me a "something's not right" message. Now I get the "Feature Unavailable..." message. Sad panda.

Same. Mine turned on at some point in the night... tried to activate annnnnnd "feature unavailable". Booo.
