Hi, at the same time both errors pops up. Took to the dealer, they erased errors and said it might be due to aftermarket air filter :) one week later same both errors on dash. Has anyone else experienced same issue? I read it could be because of faulty front radar. I noticed in happens in wet or misty days. One year ago had same issue but it was gone after I restarted engine.

I had this error pop up yesterday. I was in 4 low going up a dusty rocky trail and it popped up. Check engine light came on and Raptor went into limp mode. Stopped, turned the truck off, opened door two times. Then started the truck. Error code went away. I learned this trick at the Raptor Assault school cus about 5 of the trucks threw check engine lights during the day and the instructor said the rangers have had a lot of computer glitches and very common!!

I wish I saw your post earlier. This happened to me this week.

I was in 4 low with rear diff locked going up a series of steep dusty trails. After about 7 very steep climbs I tried to change the drive mode and the message said "Drive Modes not Available".

Then a message said the "Pre Collision Sensor not Working".

Then there was a message on the Ford app on my phone that said, "Powertrain Malfunction. Take vehicle to nearest Ford dealer for inspection".

At that point I was able to manually switch it from 4 low to 2 high and I drove it in limp mode straight to the nearest dealer which was an hour away. They shut off the truck and the next morning they started it and it was working normally.

Now I know all I have to do is turn it off, open the door 2 times then start the truck.

Ford really needs to fix this.

I haven’t had any issues since that time. There were several over the air updates that may of fixed problem. Ford seems to release the updates very slowly at random times so hard to tell if yours has the latest updates.
