FX4 Package now requires Running Boards

I agree with DakotaGuy. I think it's the most logical explanation. Other's have had to pay for them, and others have not. If that is the case...why? I have not seen anything official from Ford that they were to be added "for free" if ordered before this or that certain date. Anybody have something official from Ford? My weakest guess is the dealer was being very nice, or more likely the charge will be there somewhere.

So far no one has paid for anything, so we'll have to see.

For what it is worth, the updated B&P tool removed the cost of running boards if FX4 is selected. And they are only $695 by themselves.

Wait before long the step bar price will be added to the
FX4 package. That is what I am expecting on future orders.
