Hi All!
Having owned the US SPEC 6th Gen XLT FX4 for 3 months now, I thought I was qualified to provide some constructive feedback on areas I think the truck could be improved. Feel free to add on
Overall, I am very happy with purchase and 10/10 would buy again.

Overall, I am very happy with purchase and 10/10 would buy again.
Areas of improvement:
- Driver-side A-pillar grab handle - this is a feature in other markets, but they thrifted it for the US market
- Rear cabin ventilation- another feature offered elsewhere but thrifted in the US
- Seat belt indication upon start up is an annoying feature which cannot be disabled
- The center dashboard speaker cowl (also shows the passenger seat belt indicator) needs more functionality included. Perhaps aux switches or additional gauges/warnings
- Base XLT speaker system is rather low quality. Definitely something to upgrade in the future if you donāt have a Lariat or Raptor
- Tan headliner- would much prefer the black which comes on the raptor
- Lack of Tailgate locking points for keeping the tailgate āhalfā opened
- The bed cannot support more than 80 lbs of equipment fixed to it without a frame reinforcement (truck caps/canopies or toolboxes)
- Rear under seat storage is extremely limited
- Rear seat belts āflutterā when seats are empty and windows are open
- XLT headlights could be brighter at night - they are āgoodā, not āgreatā
- Rear seats could use fixed grab handles on the B pillars
- Rear bench should fold in half 70/30 (at least the bottom cushion)
- No clock in gauge cluster (this would be useful because when using CarPlay or the infotainment, the clock jumps around the screen and is very distracting to know where to find the time)
- No Locking gas cap/door
- Upper portion of the door card (where you rest your arm when the window is open) is cheap plastic and will get scuffed up over time
- No ventilated seats
- No sunroof option
- No optional roof bars like they have in other markets
- volume knob should be bigger and more premium. It feels dinky and cheap for something you touch so frequently
- Premium sound system
- Memory seat positions
- Aux switches (raptor only)
- Black headliner (raptor only)
- Projection headlamps
- Passenger upper glove compartment
