Global Windows?

The owners manual mentions global windows, and I've seen a windows option in the infotainment menus during some of the reviews. Can the windows on the 6G be opened with the fob? I'll definitely check when mine arrives, but was curious if anyone had tried it out.

I'd guess through Ford Pass not the fob.

I used to use VCDS to enable his feature on my Volkswagens. It’s nice to be able to open your windows as you walk up to a hot vehicle in the summer to let the heat out. I know I could remote start and use AC, but don’t always want to waste the fuel.

My Fusion Sport has that feature. It'd be nice if the Ranger does too.

My wife's 2021 Bronco Sport Outer Banks has the option to open or close the windows from the fob. Kinda nice for when she remembers at 10 o'clock at night that she forgot to roll the windows up.

I'll answer my own question.

The Windows on my XLT can be opened and closed directly from the fob. You can turn this feature off in the infotainment display if you don't want it on.

I’d like to use this feature, had it on my 22 F-150 Raptor. Per the owners manual I don’t see it on the lighting tab in the center screen. Does anybody have it?

I don't recall seeing it as an option in the infotainment area, but I did try it from the fob and it works.

For those that don't know...
Unlock, unlock, unlock & hold = all windows go down (rear slider stays put)
Lock, lock, lock & hold = all windows go up.
You don't have to keep holding the button after the windows start moving.
