what is currency conversion rate US vs. CA?

Canadians are getting hosed. My math says they should be getting close to 57000 points to be equivalent to USD point value or we in the USA would be getting 22000 in point value on a CAD conversion.

Mine hasn't showed up (purchased 6/18), so I used the app to request missing points, and it said my transaction was found but the modem wasn't activated within the required 60 days. So I called them to see what was up and apparently the dealer put a different sale date that was after 6/18, so the Ford system got "confused". They then told me it would show up 30 days -after- the date the dealer put in, which in my case was 6/24. Anyway, some quirkiness with Ford's system (surprise surprise....). Hopefully mine will show up by end of July. Others with missing points might be worth calling to find out what the holdup is.

If it's been over a month, just call the help number and they will get it added to your account within a few days. That's what I had to do.

I used the link for the Mach-e but had to use the phone number for the Ranger as the software said the modem was not acti...yada, yada. After calling the phone number turns out the purchase date was different from the sale date (couple days, entered by dealer) which stopped the Ranger from gittin 'er dun with the app.

update: just went to the APP site again and I had to be logged into my ford account for it to redirect properly...just saying.

I did, it took about 3 months. I had to verify the dealership put it in.

I had same issue, go into the FordPass App, then Rewards, Missing Points and follow prompts. Mine showed up immediately after completing.

Just tried this on Ford Pass & got an “oops, sorry - looks like you didn’t activate your rewards within 60 days”. I activated Ford Pass the day of purchase but didn’t realize there was another step involved to get points. Guess I’ll call dealer tomorrow.

I had the same problem. Called dealer and after getting the right guy on it, they fixed it for me.
