So, I've been driving my ZR2 for about 3,000 miles now.
Pretty happy with the truck. It's 100 hp less than the RR, but I bought a tuner that will add about 40 hp.
Chevy programmer need to take some lessons for the Ford guys. There is no headlight switch, there is a digital button that doesn't stay on long enough before it times out.
It took the dealer 1.5 hours to figure out how to turn the fog lights on.
You need to scroll thru about 4 menus to reset the trip odometer.
I think there is a way to turn on the cargo light, but I couldn't tell you how.
Other than things like that, very happy with the truck.
The deal-breaker for me on those trucks was no homelink garage door opener and no rain-sensing wipers. I know you can buy an aftermarket mirror with homelink but at that price, I expect those basic things to be in my truck.

Know what my ZR2 doesn't have? A sunglasses holder. Isn't that pretty basic these days?

Yeah I'm going tomorrow to see a Colorado zr2 . This thing with Ford is getting old and my f250 value is taking a big dip so if they give me a decent ofer on the f250 I'll take it

That's actually where I keep them, but I don't think it's designed for that.

LOL! When your Chevy craps out the RR will still be Legendary!
Who the hell cares what someone drives. It is their choice and their money.

I have owned both Ranger and Colorado last gen and they were both great trucks.

Why put someone down for it, does it make you feel better about how much you spent.

I currently have a 2019 F150 Platinum msrp was $67,400
2024 F150 Platinum msrp is $85,030
increase of $17,630 with same options.
That is a average increase per year of $3,526
Looking to order a 2024 Ranger Lariat msrp $51,530
And yes I see where you are going with that My 24 that is scheduled to be built on Feb 27 is sticker at $51,530 also, or right about there, my 23 Lariat was $41,000 or so, still a giant increase one model year to the next

Great looking truck! It is taking so long Ford should go ahead and call it a 2025 model. That might make me feel better about it.
that would work for me too, problem is that all the trucks that have been assigned a VIN probably can not be changed to reflect 2025, when these trucks get delivered they will be current year for a month or two before they become a year old

no one is even close to waiting a year for a 2024. the truck's initial release date was fall 2023.

if you originally had an october 2023 build date and you're still waiting 7 months from now, then you can claim you've waited a year.
