infotainment split screen

Is there a way in the 2024 Ranger infotainment stack to have the Ford Nav map and the audio screens split so you can see both sections at the same time? I hate manually flipping between the sections and I cannot seem to find an option to do a split screen view.

If you use Apple Carplay, there is a screen you can view both at the same time if you push the home screen button while you're already on the home screen.

yeah, but that only works for the car play maps (waze,google,apple) and whatever audio is playing from the phone.

I was hoping to also being able to see the Sirius info with whatever map I was using.

Yeah this is maddening. I usually listen to Sirius. Why the hell can the audio box not show what is playing. Plus, scrolling with the steering wheel button doesn't move through my favorite stations. Idiots.

There really should be a proper place to report bugs/issues. Their product would improve.

There is a place to voice your opinion and it's right in the center display menu. It's called, "Record Feedback".

Hm. Mine doesn't for app on my phone, streaming app, or sirius. Last I checked.

I'm talking about the favorites on the center display, some of which are XM. It will also change Amazon music.

I would also love to see the split screen in CarPlay be customizable. The map is too narrow for my taste in split screen view. The map should take up 2/3 of the space with the music and directions taking up 1/3 at the bottom.

Absolutely agree with this. Apple also needs to tweak some other stuff.
There is plenty of room at the bottom for more then 3 app...I'd love to be able to assign ones to stay there rather then the latest used.
