Loss of power !!

hi guys
i have a brand new ford raptor (30,000km) Australia
this car has always been sluggish . I thought i was overthinking it.
Noticed just this morning that even when i floor it , the revs start screening but the speedometer crawls. slow as. Struggling to get up a hill.
Any ideas what this could be ? The car is under warranty but had enough of dealing with the service department unable to diagnose a problem.

Any errors? Sounds like it's in Limp home mode? Do you have access to Forscan or an OBD scanner? Should be able to pull off some error codes as to what is wrong.

Also, take it to a trusted mechanic not a dealer to get it diagnosed. You can then use that diagnosis to put pressure on Ford for them to sort it out?

Maybe you hit the LIM button on the steering wheel. That limits the speed to the speed your going at the time you press it. Press it again, turns it off.

I'm from VIC as well. I've had bad experiences with Ford dealers here.
I once had a service completed on mine, and started driving back and suddenly temp spiked, and she went into limp mode. Wound up finding a coolant hose had been left off the tank. Thankfully was a very cold afternoon, so nothing got wrecked.

Moral is, check hoses and things. Maybe something has come off from a recent service, maybe vibrated loose.
