Method 709 HD w/ impact ring painted in Shelter Green

[NYMPHS]

Was going back and forth for the last few months trying to pick wheels. I wanted a machined look. This is a tough truck due to the high offset. I wanted a wheel that was much lighter but this is not the wheel. They are as heavy as factory at 33 pounds. Then add the optional ring and things get heavier. But after much research I love the look and the custom options you can do. I custom painted the impact ring in Shelter Green at the house.

No lift installed yet. I have the Goat 2/1 going in soon.

Looks great! I've always been partial to machined finished wheels too. I went with the Method 703 Beadgrip wheels, a 2"/1" lift from FordRangerLifts/Woolworth Motorsports, and I am running 35 x 12.50 R17 AMP R/T Tires.

Thanks for sharing, truck looks great with the wheels and lift! Excited to get mine on soon. I'v had so many different colors of wheels. Not so much machined, wanted something different.

Looks great, I thought about powder coat for better longevity but hard to get a perfect match to SG.

My powder coat guy said he could match almost any color. He just needed the pantone number. I got all 4 rings done for $125 and it took him 3 days to get the powder, grind the rings, and coat them.

As much as I hate the weight of these wheels… I have a SG RR and I have to admit it looks really good. This sucks man…
